Our History

After running several machine shops for the majority his career, George Smerdjiev founded TecHouse in 2000, specializing in automation of machinery. As projects developed, George found a niche in bag machines and zipper attachments.  The TecHouse family has continued to grow, under the direction of our new GM, Jesus Mancerra, but continues to utilize Mr. Smerdjiev for his unique and most valuable expertise. We look forward to working one on one with each of you!
