This punch and die system is designed for clean-edged small hanger holes on hard to cut or very thin films. Primarily is used in pouches of foils, laminates, co-extrusions, and other films. The unit includes an integrated pneumatic cylinder, punch, die, and stripper guide to precisely align the cutting tool to tolerance below .001". Can be supplied for a specific hanger hole shape, tear notch, or thumb notch. Because of the precision manufacturing methods, the unit can be field serviced and easily resharpened for extra long life.
