The continuous motion Roller Header Sealer is the most versatile accessory for a sideweld bag machine. All it requires is a 110VAC (or other by request), and outlet plus 80PSI clean air. It rests on the floor between the "V" Board and the Capstan. The unit can be moved in and out and tilted in any direction to meet the oncoming web and to position the seal relative to the fold of the bag.
The Roller Header Sealer is not an independent unit. There must be linear motion of film for it to operate. The sealing jaws open up and close automatically with machine Start and Stop if connected to NO contact from the start relay. If such a contact is not available, a limit switch in the lower dancer position of the Bag machine needs to be installed. Another possibility is using the manual switch "Open-Run" on the Sealer.
Roller Header Sealer dwell is in relation to the web speed. Temperature is regulated by a solid state controller, and air pressure is regulated by a pressure regulator.
The Self-leveling Sealing Bars and the Cooling Heat Sink Bars provide a superior seal.
